that your system does meet the packages' requirements.
If the bug still persists with the latest version of the package,

The easiest way is to click the link "Bugs"
on the package information page for the package on the PEAR
Homepage, which you think contains a bug.
This will take you to a list of existing bugs of the package.
Please double check if the bug hasn't already been reported!
If you are unable to find it in the list,
you can click on "Report new bug" to
fill out the bug form.
